The Regional Sales Director will lead a team focused on promoting early cancer detection products, managing sales targets, and developing strong relationships with healthcare providers.

In Short

  • Collaborate with commercial team members for optimal performance.
  • Participate in regional and national projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Travel approximately 75% of working time within assigned area.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in medical or diagnostic fields.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven revenue generation experience in diagnostics or biotechnology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred.
