Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Data Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of customer-related data across the organization.

• Maintain relationships between customer data elements across systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of customer data to identify and resolve data exceptions.
• Monitor scheduled and ad-hoc data refresh activities.
• Develop and maintain exceptions reporting processes.

• Identify obsolete or inactive data elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles.
• General understanding of CRM workflows and business processes.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (CLIA/CAP, FDA, ISO, HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiar with start-up environments and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
