Client Services Associate II - Remote

Overview

The Client Services Associate II is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives.

In Short

• Execute duties with a focus on exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support Quality Assurance and Training initiatives.
• Mentor junior Client Services Associates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries from the BPO team.
• Escalate issues to leadership for resolution.
• Manage expired kits and data cleanup.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as necessary.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm CST.
• Flexibility in work hours to meet operational needs.
• Hybrid work model with defined in-person and remote days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare.
• Strong collaboration skills within a team.
• Proven multitasking and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-discipline and sound judgment in remote work environments.
• Flexibility regarding work hours.
