Overview

The Client Services Associate II is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives, requiring effective communication and teamwork.

In Short

• Provide support to customers and internal teams.
• Meet KPIs and assist in training others.
• Mentor Client Services Associates.
• Resolve queries from the BPO team.
• Escalate issues to Leadership.
• Participate in department tasks as assigned.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm PST.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Requires teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in biotech or healthcare preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Good judgment and self-discipline are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects.
• Flexibility in hours based on operational needs.
• Ability to lift routine office supplies.
