In Short

  • Work with U.S.-based clients to map out business processes and identify inefficiencies
  • Build clean, step-by-step documentation including SOPs, process flows, and internal guides
  • Turn unclear workflows into streamlined systems that offshore teams can execute
  • Lead client calls and working sessions to gather information, review documentation, and align on process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure handoffs, quality, and deliverables meet client expectations
  • Update documentation as processes evolve, ensuring accuracy and relevance across departments

Requirements

  • Experience in client services or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to document and improve processes
  • Experience with workflow mapping
  • Detail-oriented and organized
