Finance Manager (Part-Time, All Genders) - Fully Remote

In Short

• Part-time role (10-15 hours/week) focused on operational finance processes.
• Manage accounting and collaboration with tax advisors.
• Organize financial documents in a structured manner.
• Handle open accounts and invoices management.
• Prepare monthly cash flow planning and support ad-hoc evaluations.
• Act as a contact person for banks and authorities.
• Support in forecasts and annual planning.
• Must have a degree in Finance or similar fields with at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of DATEV and accounting fundamentals is required.
• Excellent command of German and good English skills are necessary.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Finance or Controlling or a similar qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in operational finance.
• Familiarity with DATEV and accounting principles (HGB, USt).
• Ability to work independently and structured.
• Proficient in Excel for cash flow, forecasts, etc.
• Nice to have: experience in E-commerce and understanding of COGS.
