In Short

• Design and develop digital marketing assets across all relevant channels (Website, Ads, CRM, Social Media, Marketplaces).
• Develop campaign assets for sales actions and product launches from initial idea to final implementation.
• Create impactful creatives for paid ads (including variants and testing approaches).
• Design CRM content such as headers, banners, and in-mail assets.
• Design website assets (e.g., product visuals, conversion elements).
• Create print materials like flyers, product inserts, or instructions.
• Ensure a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
• Support the development of design templates and guidelines for scalable asset production.

Requirements

• Completed studies in graphic design, communication design, or comparable training (e.g., media designer: digital & print).
• 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce or a performance-oriented environment (e.g., agency, D2C, startup).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and the requirements for impactful creatives as well as a sense for copywriting.
• Sense for brands, visual trends, and target group-oriented communication.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
• Startup mindset: Comfortable in a dynamic environment with pace and changing priorities, proactively driving topics forward and reliably bringing them to completion.
• Enthusiasm for innovative products and brands in the consumer goods sector.
• Fluent in German and English.
