In Short

• Be the first point of contact for customers via social media, chat, email, and phone.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, shipping, payment, and complaints.
• Process open tickets daily within the support tool Gorgias.
• Oversee order management through the Shopify system and make necessary adjustments.
• Act as a liaison with logistics and warehouse service providers in case of delivery issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries on social media and blogs.

Requirements

• Practical work experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Responsible, independent, and initiative-driven.
• Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, and similar invoicing systems.
• Fluency in German and English.
