• Manage recruiting, people operations, and company culture

• Plan and organize team events
• Provide HR support for employees and conflict resolution

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or similar
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a scale-up or dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and performance management
• Practical experience with HR software (HRIS) and modern recruiting tools
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Structured working style and enjoyment in optimizing processes
