In Short

• Ensure Funzy always shines with the right content at the right time for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand communication.
• Coordinate content production with internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and organize photo shoots.
• Manage a content production calendar in collaboration with marketing and social media.
• Oversee the organization and execution of photo and video shoots.
• Manage the content library and ensure high-quality content can be reused.
• Collaborate closely with design, social media, and performance marketing teams.
• Ensure all productions comply with brand guidelines.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation.
• Work in a part-time capacity (up to 30 hours/week).

Requirements

• Experience in content production, project management, or creative operations (at least 2 years).
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience working with creative service providers.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing needs.
• Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and DAM software.
• Experience with AI content creation tools.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Proactive and solution-oriented work style.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Nice to have: experience in e-commerce, basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
