Overview

This position serves as the operational backbone for our growing security business, managing customer relationships and streamlining internal processes. The CRM Operations and Content Specialist will handle lead management, customer follow-ups, and marketing content creation, allowing the owner to focus on business growth while ensuring all prospects and clients receive consistent, high-quality attention through efficient systems and workflows.

In Short

• Maintain and update the GoHighLevel CRM system with customer information
• Process and organize leads from mortgage brokers and other referral sources
• Create and implement efficient workflow automations
• Ensure all customer interactions are properly tracked and followed up
• Develop and optimize automated workflows to improve efficiency
• Create short marketing videos using existing content and CapCut
• Manage initial customer interactions and consultation scheduling
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and provide information
• Support overall marketing initiatives with engaging content
• Streamlined operations that allow the business owner to focus on growth

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel
• Knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization
• Ability to create short videos and basic marketing content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
