Client Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and constantly enhancing our products and services, we are looking to add a detail-oriented and organised individual to our Client Operations team to help ensure the quality and consistency of our procedures. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by managing daily operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.

In Short

• Manage client inquiries and requests timely and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
• Maintain accurate client records and databases (Hubspot / Jira)
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Assist the Client Management team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed
• Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organised
• Experience in client support or operations
• Familiarity with Hubspot and Jira
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
