Creative Content Specialist - Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to manage all client-facing creative work. You’ll design high-performing carousels and infographics, edit podcasts, turn long-form recordings into short clips, and keep a tight creative calendar. With a focus on AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Make), you'll scale output while maintaining the company’s voice, clarity, and accuracy.

In Short

• Create data-driven infographics and LinkedIn carousels
• Edit podcasts and produce short-form clips
• Maintain client brand kits and asset libraries
• Use AI tools for content ideation and editing
• Run the creative queue and calendar in Notion
• Collaborate with clients via Slack
• Organize Google Drive for asset management
• Deliver high-quality content on time
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
• Work remotely from home

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social-first design/video for B2B audiences
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Descript/CapCut
• Strong prompting skills with ChatGPT/Claude
• Extreme multitasking and time management skills
• Portfolio required showcasing relevant work
