In Short

• Develop and manage the Shopify shop strategically and operationally.
• Focus on conversion rates, cart values, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and external service providers.
• Optimize the online shop along the entire customer journey.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results using tools like GA4.
• Manage agencies and freelancers for SEO and app integrations.
• Plan and implement data-driven tests and projects.
• Ensure a strong user experience across mobile and desktop.
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns and launches.
• Work in a dynamic and innovative e-commerce startup environment.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing Shopify shops (Must-Have).
• Strong understanding of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion funnels.
• Good HTML/CSS knowledge; Liquid or JS is a plus.
• Familiarity with common Shopify apps.
• Analytical thinking and experience with GA4.
• Knowledge in sales psychology and conversion rate optimization.
• Independent and structured working style with high responsibility.
• Project management skills and experience working with external partners.
• High quality awareness and willingness for hands-on implementation.
• Team player mentality with a passion for interdisciplinary work.
