German Speaking SEO/SEA Manager (All Genders) - 100% Remote

Overview

We are looking for an SEO/SEA Manager with e-commerce experience and a passion for digital marketing to actively implement strategies for our 80 regular clients and enhance their visibility.

In Short

• Build and develop our new SEO/SEA department.
• Analyze and optimize customer shops technically, content-wise, and structurally.
• Understand and implement effective SEO or SEA strategies for clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify advanced strategies.
• Recognize optimization potentials and derive concrete actions.
• Develop scalable processes for SEO/SEA projects applicable to other clients.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their current status and goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in SEO/SEA in e-commerce.
• Experience in independently managing SEA campaigns and developing SEO strategies.
• Technical understanding to communicate with developer teams and analyze shops.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and dashboard tools.
• Analytical mindset to think in data and identify valuable actions.
• Self-organized and structured work style with reusable processes.
• Fluent in German (C2), English is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with feed management tools is a plus.
