German Speaking Online Marketing Manager - SEO & SEA - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager specializing in SEO & SEA with E-Commerce experience and a passion for digital marketing. You will actively implement strategies for our 80 regular customers and enhance their visibility.

In Short

• Build the SEO/SEA department strategically and operationally.
• Analyze and optimize customer shops technically, content-wise, and structurally.
• Understand whether SEO or SEA is more beneficial for clients and implement it proactively.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify how we can be more advanced.
• Recognize optimization potentials and derive concrete action steps.
• Develop scalable processes for SEO/SEA projects transferable to other clients.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers.
• Understand customer needs through clear communication.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in SEO/SEA in E-Commerce.
• Experience in independently managing SEA campaigns and developing SEO strategies.
• Technical understanding and ability to communicate with development teams.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and dashboard tools.
• Analytical mindset focused on data and actionable measures.
• Self-organization and ability to develop reusable processes.
• Fluent in German (C2), English is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, feed management tools, and experience with Shopware is a plus.
