Remote German Speaking Travel Agent

Overview

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Travel Agent to work remotely in Greece for a Global Leader in the travel industry.

In Short

• Respond and record consumer inquiries through free phone lines for customers.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback.
• Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged appropriately.
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot using open questions and support documents.
• Offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs.
• Possibility of remote work from anywhere in Greece.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Higher.
• Native/Fluent German speaker.
• Good level of English, C1.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
