Remote Travel Agent Spanish Speaking

Overview

We are looking for someone who loves to travel and help others with planning. From the comfort of your home or remotely, you will be creating your own travel agency.

In Short

• Review travel needs and desires of individuals to ensure a specially designed trip.
• Complete ongoing training to obtain and maintain certification for booking travel.
• Review budgets and plan trips according to clients' budgetary restrictions.
• Book travel needs (airline, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, event tickets, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with clients before and after the trip.
• Handle any issues that may arise during bookings and/or clients' travels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients.
• Intermediate English.
• Must have a mobile phone with internet access.
• A laptop is recommended but not required.
• Personal travel experience is a great advantage, but not necessary.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
• You must be a citizen or resident of the USA, Mexico, Australia, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, or Peru, as these are the only participating countries. If you are not a resident or citizen of any of these countries, your application will be rejected.
