Part-Time Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and adaptable Finance Manager to independently own and drive financial operations, enhance business efficiency, and streamline processes across Vable. You will be responsible for designing and improving systems, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring compliance across multi-jurisdictional operations (UK & USA).

In Short

• Part-Time, Permanent position, 2-3 days per week.
• Fully Remote role based in the UK.
• Lead end-to-end financial management including bookkeeping and forecasting.
• Support CEO in setting budgets and monitoring financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filings in the UK & USA.
• Drive improvements in payroll management and supplier management.
• Identify and implement business process improvements.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Required qualifications include being a qualified accountant and having 3-5 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in financial tools are essential.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 3-5 years of experience in finance within an SME, startup, or high-growth company.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Right to live and work within the UK.
