UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team at Vable, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's user experience.

In Short

• Fully remote position based in the UK.
• Full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour workweek.
• Salary range between £70,000 and £75,000 depending on experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead the end-to-end UX design process across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a strong design culture.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a focus on collaboration.
• Contribute to the development of Vable's design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/product design, preferably in SaaS.
• Expertise in leading the design process from research to delivery.
• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• A portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking and design excellence.
• Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Experience mentoring or managing designers.
