The UX Designer will work closely with the engineering team to enhance and develop features for our member platform and internal tools, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

In Short

Collaborate with engineering to build new features.
Produce flow diagrams, UI designs, and storyboards.
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior.
Design interactive interfaces and define workflows.
Organize digital content for optimal usability.
Apply visual design principles to create appealing interfaces.

Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and accessible.
Maintain design systems for consistency.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
1 year of experience with a Master’s or 3 years with a Bachelor’s.
Proficiency in user research and analysis.
Expertise in interaction design and wireframing.
Knowledge of visual design principles.
Experience with usability testing.
Skills in responsive and accessible design.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
