In Short

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based applications, focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into thoughtful user experiences.
• Optimize Salesforce user interfaces, leveraging platform design standards while enhancing user experience.
• Design intuitive data visualizations for complex data.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Maintain design documentation and style guides.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards.
• Comfortable working in agile environments.
