Requirements

• Expertise in designing task flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate user research and business needs into polished designs.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and analytics.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban workflows and JIRA.
• Strong communication skills to present design decisions.
• Willingness to support additional visual design projects.
