• Manage the lifecycle of software and hardware assets.
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Track warranties and optimize asset utilization.
• Develop reports on entitlements, installations, and usage.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams.
• Facilitate hardware refresh cycles and disposal of obsolete equipment.
• Monitor and manage hardware warranties and support agreements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Generate reports on asset usage and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain IT asset management standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models.
• Experience with IT asset management tools.
• Proficiency in managing hardware assets and warranties.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
