Overview

We are in search of an experienced Software Licensing Specialist to join one of our US clients’ project, requiring a strong background in Software Asset Management (SAM) and expertise in managing licenses for various publishers.

In Short

• Interpret current and past Product Terms for various publishers.
• Manage licensing agreements, including Select Plus, Enterprise, and other agreements.
• Navigate publisher portals and interpret usage reports.
• Manage product licenses deployed both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Analyze entitlement reports and software deployment data.
• Collaborate effectively with a global, cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• 3 years of technical and functional experience in ServiceNow SAMPro tool.
• Experience managing licenses for various publishers.
• Proficiency in interpreting Product Terms and managing licensing agreements.
• Ability to navigate publisher portals and interpret usage reports.
• Familiarity with virtual technology terms and entitlement reports analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
