UX Designer - Remote

Overview

SheerID is seeking an experienced UX Designer to enhance consumer and customer journeys through intuitive and engaging user experiences.

In Short

• Work autonomously and with the design team to improve UX.
• Conduct user research and testing to understand customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes for new products.
• Conduct usability testing as needed.
• Advocate for the user perspective in product design.
• Manage multiple projects under time constraints.
• Present designs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Utilize design tools like Figma and Adobe CC.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX and product design.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Understanding of usability principles.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Miro, Jira, and Slack.
