UX Designer - Remote

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end UX design process for our telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to execute design solutions.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to the design system, improving existing components.
• Partner with product managers to ensure successful design implementation.
• Design complex prototypes using Figma, incorporating feedback.
• Conduct user interviews and testing sessions for insights.
• Build relationships within teams to bridge gaps in product features.
• Collaborate with other designers for a holistic product design.
• Work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX or product design.
• Experience designing DTC or B2C software at scale.
• Strong portfolio in visual and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of high-quality design delivery.
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of business impact.
• Experience with user interviews and usability testing.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
