Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, employee compliance, and administrative processes. This role is critical to ensuring our team thrives while maintaining adherence to all organizational and regulatory standards.

In Short

  • Manage HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Ensure all employee and fleet licensures, certifications, and inspections are renewed.
  • Post job openings and vet candidates for required qualifications.
  • Prepare and facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation and training.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers to manage payroll services.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training and maintain employee certifications.
  • Handle performance reviews, goal-setting, and exit interviews.
  • Identify trends in employee turnover and maintain accurate records.
  • Work remotely with a focus on results over micromanagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a small-to-mid-sized organization.
  • Proficiency with Gusto, Indeed, and other HR software/tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
