Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager will work with the Finance & Accounting teams, executives, and other key functions to deliver business-critical financial insights to key decision-makers.

In Short

• Managing board & executive level reporting of financial results & key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serving as an effective business partner to functions and drive operational efficiencies.
• Contributing with monthly accounting close & reporting process.
• Performing ad hoc financial analysis regarding company profitability, expense analysis, cashflows, headcount, and other key financial metrics.
• Collaborating with key functions to develop & manage against budgets & KPI targets.
• Managing financial analyst direct report.
• Presenting analysis to executives & company leadership to support key decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and planning processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various functions.
• Proven track record of presenting financial insights to leadership.
• Experience managing teams or direct reports.
