In Short

• Manage the Assembled WFM tool for workforce scheduling.
• Ensure tool setup and maintenance for cost optimization and customer satisfaction.
• Develop intraday reporting for staffing adjustments.
• Create agent scorecards for performance metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies in workforce plans and drive solutions.
• Partner with operations teams to implement WFM processes.
• 2-5 years of experience with Assembled WFM software required.
• Strong understanding of customer support metrics and KPIs.
• Remote work with occasional travel expected.

Requirements

• Experience using Assembled WFM software (2-5 years).
• Understanding of customer support metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to develop scheduling templates and automate procedures.
• Experience with setup and configuration of Assembled.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL or data analytics tools.
