Scheduling Operations Associate (Part-Time Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Scheduling Operations Associate will coordinate caregiver shifts and ensure patients receive necessary assistance, working with home health care agencies and long-term care facilities.

• Work with home health care agencies to fill caregiver shifts.

• Maintain confidentiality of Patient Health Information (PHI).

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple technology platforms.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Experience in health care scheduling is a plus.
• 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
