Staffing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Staffing Coordinator will work with home care agencies to support the scheduling process, ensuring the right caregivers are placed with patients in a timely manner.

In Short

• Fully remote 6-month contract role.
• Work hours: 10 am-6 pm or 11 am-7 pm Eastern time, Mon-Fri.
• Interact directly with clients, caregivers, and patients.
• Handle scheduling and staffing scenarios including no shows and lateness.
• Use technology to track and manage client assignments.
• Communicate updates or changes to schedules.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple technology systems.
• Proactive problem solving in customer service situations.
• Experience in customer service or home care is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong ability to navigate technology systems.
• Previous scheduling experience is a plus.
