In Home Care is looking for a full-time staffing coordinator to join our team! We provide personal care services and staff local hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

In Short

• Full-time position with a rotating schedule.
• Work in the office and remotely on-call.
• Support scheduling future shifts and filling client shifts.
• Communicate changes in client shifts to clients and caregivers.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with office manager and other coordinators.
• Handle client and caregiver concerns effectively.
• On-call every other weekend and some holidays.
• Benefits available after 90 days of employment.
• Work with a team dedicated to quality service.

Requirements

• Experience in staffing or scheduling preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing is a plus.
• Proficient in using scheduling software.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
