Overview

The Centralized Staffing Services Department's main responsibility is to provide adequate staffing and scheduling across the system.

In Short

• Manage multiple priorities and direct a diverse workforce.
• Assist the CSS manager in office operations.
• Track and report staffing data to provide measurements.
• Address acute workflow problems and improve processes.
• Review staffing and scheduling discrepancies for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain systems for staff competencies.
• Coordinate monthly schedules for administrative staff.
• Assess daily staffing needs and adjust as necessary.
• Coordinate work orders with outside staffing agencies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
• Proficient in Kronos/UKG and API.
