Overview

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and Active Directory.
  • Experience with computer hardware support.
  • Superior customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
  • Ability to document technical support processes.
  • Understanding of Citrix and Mobile Device Management preferred.
  • Industry certifications preferred (A+, N+, MSCE/MCTS/MCITP).
