The Luminos Fund, a fast-growing international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world’s most vulnerable children, seeks an experienced People Operations Associate to support our global HR functions.

In Short

• Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate internal HR communications.
• Manage and optimize HR systems for efficiency.
• Track HR metrics and generate reports.
• Identify improvements to people operations processes.
• Work in a dynamic, global environment across time zones.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years in an administrative/shared services support role.
• Experience with global workforce and HR systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven success working remotely.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred.
