The Luminos Fund, an international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world’s most marginalized children, is seeking an Associate Director of Impact to manage its dynamic Impact team and oversee the processes and tools that underpin our impact work. The Impact team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on program data to drive evidence-informed decision-making across the organization and improve learning outcomes for marginalized children.

With operations in Ethiopia, Ghana, Lebanon, Liberia, and The Gambia, the organization is supported by prominent funding partners such as Cartier Philanthropy, the Gates Foundation, and UNICEF. Luminos has received numerous global accolades for its impactful work, including the Klaus J. Jacobs Best Practice Prize and the Library of Congress International Literacy Award, reflecting its commitment to excellence in education.
