Overview

The Luminos Fund, a fast-growing international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world’s most vulnerable children, seeks an experienced People Operations and Systems Associate to support the organization’s HR and IT functions.

In Short

• Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage recruitment administration from requisition approval through offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Manage and optimize HR systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support needs.
• Conduct training on IT tools and digital tools usage.
• Coordinate with external IT support for escalated issues.
• Investigate and recommend new digital tools for operations.
• Collaborate with team members across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative/shared services support role.
• Strong IT skills and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Experience with international/global workforce valued.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven success working remotely and collaborating with a remote workforce.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes preferred.
• Strong training and mentoring skills.
