Global People Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and process-driven communicator to join our team as a Global People Operations Associate, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and comprehensive HR support to team members across multiple locations.

In Short

• Own, implement, and manage Fireblocks’ people systems, processes, web portals and analytics.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records across all people systems.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer the background check process end-to-end.
• Act as the AI champion within the team.
• Collaborate regularly with employees and managers.
• Generate purchase orders and invoices related to Total Rewards.
• Develop expertise in Total Rewards functions.
• Spearhead and lead cross functional People team initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the People team as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or people-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills in both English and Hebrew.
• High proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, MS Excel, and JIRA.
• A strong willingness to learn and improve the Total Rewards function.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as HiBob, Lattice, Pave, and Greenhouse is a plus.
