Overview

The role of the Global Operations Associate is a critical part of making Flexport’s mission to make global trade easy for everyone a reality. This role focuses on driving a first-class customer experience by managing supply chain operations and ensuring shipments move on-time.

• Coordinate supply chain operations with ocean activities.
• Ensure shipments move on-time and handle exceptions.

• Execute end-to-end movement of freight shipments.

Requirements

• ≥ 2 years of experience in Operations / Freight Forwarding.
• Able to adapt to new technology.

• Teamwork and relationship building.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
