The role of the Global Operations Associate is a critical part of making Flexport’s mission to make global trade easy for everyone a reality. This role focuses on driving a first-class customer experience by ensuring quality and on-time performance in supply chain operations.

• Coordinate supply chain operations with ocean activities.
• Ensure shipments move on-time and handle exceptions.

• Coordinate logistics operations with internal and external partners.
• Execute end-to-end movement of freight shipments.
• Assist shipments managed by partners.

Requirements

• ≥ 2 years of experience in Operations / Freight Forwarding.
• Able to adapt to new technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
