The role of the Global Operations Associate is a critical part of making Flexport’s mission to make global trade easy for everyone a reality. This position focuses on delighting customers, managing partners, and driving innovation through process automation.

• Ensure the highest standard of Flexport quality: shipments move on-time and exceptions are handled appropriately.
• Responsible for internal KPIs and SLAs that demonstrate quality delivery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Quickly solve client issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate logistics operations with internal and external partners.
• Execute end-to-end movement of freight shipments.
• Assist shipments managed by partners.

Requirements

• ≥ 2 years of experience in Operations / Freight Forwarding.
• Able to adapt to new technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
