Overview

Flexport is seeking a Global Operations Associate to manage customer supply chains and ensure high-quality service delivery in the logistics sector.

In Short

• Coordinate supply chain operations with ocean activities.
• Ensure shipments move on-time and handle exceptions.
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Resolve client issues quickly.
• Work with internal and external partners.
• Execute end-to-end movement of freight shipments.
• Assist shipments managed by partners.
• Provide comprehensive training and coaching.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
