Interim Human Resources Manager - Remote

Overview

The Luminos Fund is seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Manager to provide temporary leave coverage for the Global People Officer from June through November 2025. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and serve as a trusted advisor across the global organization.

• Provide HR support and guidance to staff and managers.
• Oversee employment lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage HR-related queries and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist in employee relations.
• Coordinate internal HR communications and initiatives.
• Work in a remote-first environment with global teams.
• Report to the Global People Officer and CEO during the contract.
• Participate in compensation and promotions processes.
• Lead employee engagement surveys.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working remotely and across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with global mobility and visa processes preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
