In Short

• Develop and implement HR plans and strategies aligned with business plans.
• Develop a strategic recruitment framework reflective of current and future talent needs.
• Function as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders.
• Ensure compensation decisions align with business needs.
• Plan and implement HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Support and identify training needs and facilitate workshops.
• Provide expert level advice on various aspects of HR.
• Support change management initiatives.
• Coach leaders and employees on resolving employee relations issues.
• Act as a strategic partner in talent identification and workforce planning.

Requirements

• College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
• CHRP or SHRM designation preferred.
• 7+ years in progressively challenging HR roles.
• Progressive leadership experience in HR at a corporate level.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Ability to engage in difficult conversations and influence outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and good judgment.
• Extreme diplomacy and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
