Overview

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our Camp Services team in Northern British Columbia, responsible for daily guest bookings and maintaining financial records.

In Short

  • Ensures smooth reception and booking systems.
  • Greets customers and answers queries.
  • Registers guests upon arrival.
  • Verifies and posts purchase invoices.
  • Checks monthly reports and reconciles discrepancies.
  • Prepares monthly entries for transactions.
  • Completes clearing of general ledger accounts.
  • Makes weekly closing for board sheets.
  • Controls transfers of rooms.
  • Reports damages for repair.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in accounting/finance is an asset.
  • 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
