General Kitchen Helper - Remote Camp

Overview

ATCO Frontec is seeking a General Kitchen Helper to join our Camp Services team in Northern British Columbia. As the General Kitchen Helper, you will play a key role with food preparation, sanitation, and safety by actively following our health and safety procedures.

In Short

• Work safely with all equipment.
• Basic preparation of food, including vegetables and snacks.
• Clean up kitchen and general equipment.
• Inspect equipment and food regularly.
• Ensure station is manned and supplies are stocked.
• Follow health and safety management requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid Food Safe Certificate.
• Experience in camp, kitchen, or restaurant environment is an asset.
• Excellent people skills.
• Ability to work effectively both supervised and unsupervised.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Team player.
