• Own key administrative people processes including I-9 verification and employment documents.
• Maintain and update people systems and tools like BambooHR.
• Be a first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and benefits.
• Execute people initiatives and coordinate team activities.
• Assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Track compliance-related tasks and documentation deadlines.
• Willing to travel quarterly for orientations or offsites.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in people operations, HR, or administrative roles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
