People Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Constructor is looking to add a People Operations Associate to the team! Reporting to the Sr. Director of People Operations, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to support key operational activities within the people and talent function. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll help support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee events.

In Short

• Provide support for recruiting activities such as scheduling candidate interviews and drafting communication materials.
• Assist Talent team with maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Process aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks and employment verification.
• Co-lead new team member orientation presentations as needed.
• Support People Ops reporting needs and ad hoc requests.
• Ensure that established processes and documentation are created and updated regularly.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in recruitment and onboarding.
• Support and celebrate team members, including organizing events.
• Independently drive other projects within People Operations.
• Provide overall administrative support to the People team.

• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on all people matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
