In Short

  • Make cold calls and conduct online/stationary meetings with potential clients
  • Report commercial activities in CRM and sales pipeline
  • Create commercial offers, terms of reference for the recruitment department and the sales department
  • Search and define the needs of potential customers
  • Establish contacts with potential customers and conducting negotiations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management
  • Business trips are possible

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for business
